Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2026
Last Updated: April 25, 2026

EON ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website myeonlights.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site or interact with our services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out forms on our Site, including but not limited to:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Street address, city, state, and ZIP/postal code
  • Messages or comments submitted through contact or dealer application forms
  • Marketing consent preferences

We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit our Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our Site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and dealer applications
  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services and website
  • To send you marketing communications, including promotional messages, only with your explicit consent
  • To process and manage dealer applications
  • To communicate with you about your account, services, or inquiries
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats
  • To comply with legal obligations

Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable (in particular for visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), we process your personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent: When you opt in to marketing communications, submit a form, or otherwise voluntarily provide information.
  • Contract: To take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (such as responding to a quote or dealer application) and to perform any contract we enter into with you.
  • Legitimate interests: To operate, improve, and secure our Site and services; respond to inquiries; prevent fraud or abuse; and pursue our legitimate business interests in a manner that does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal obligations (including TCPA recordkeeping for SMS marketing consent).

Third-Party Services

Our Site uses the following third-party services that may collect information about you:

  • Google Maps and YouTube: Our Locations page embeds Google Maps to display our dealer locations, and our homepage embeds a YouTube video. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies until you interact with the player; however, basic connection metadata (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) is still transmitted to Google when the embed loads. Google may collect data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Web3Forms: Submissions from our contact, quote, dealer, and commercial forms are transmitted to Web3Forms, which acts as our form processor. Web3Forms validates the submission, screens it for spam, and forwards the contents to our designated EON inbox. The information you submit (name, email, phone number, address, message, and any other fields you provide) passes through Web3Forms's servers for this purpose. Use of Web3Forms is subject to its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • hCaptcha: We use hCaptcha (provided by Intuition Machines, Inc.) on our forms to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. To assess whether a submission is human, hCaptcha may collect information including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interaction signals (such as mouse movement and timing). Use of hCaptcha is subject to hCaptcha's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Vercel: Our Site (including its content delivery and any password-protected partner resources) is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect server logs and usage data as part of its hosting services. For more information, please review Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect, Disclose, and Share (CCPA/CPRA)

For the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), we have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents in the past twelve (12) months:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, telephone number, postal address, IP address, and similar identifiers (collected from you and automatically from your device).
  • Customer records (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80(e)): Contact details and information you provide in a form, including any message about your project.
  • Commercial information: Records of services you have requested or inquired about.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information: Pages viewed, referring URLs, device and browser information, and information about your interaction with the Site.
  • Geolocation data: Approximate location inferred from your IP address.
  • Inferences: Limited inferences drawn from the above to understand and respond to your inquiry.

Categories of sources: Directly from you (when you submit a form or contact us), and automatically from your device, browser, and our hosting, form-processing, bot-detection, and embedded-map providers.

Business and commercial purposes for collection: To respond to inquiries; provide and improve our services; communicate with you (including SMS marketing where you have opted in); detect security incidents and protect against malicious, deceptive, or fraudulent activity; debug and repair errors; and comply with legal obligations.

Categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information: Our form processor (Web3Forms); our bot-detection provider (hCaptcha); our hosting provider (Vercel); embedded map providers (Google) when you view our Locations page; and government authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights.

Sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Sensitive personal information. We do not collect or process "sensitive personal information" (as defined under the CPRA) for purposes that would trigger your right to limit its use.

Retention. Each category is retained for the periods described in the "Data Retention" section below.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us understand how you use our Site.

Types of cookies we may use include:

  • Essential Cookies: Necessary for the Site to function properly, such as remembering your cookie consent preferences.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our Site by collecting information anonymously.
  • Third-Party Cookies: Set by third-party services embedded in our Site, such as Google Maps and hCaptcha.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our Site.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.

If your browser is configured to transmit a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal when you visit our Site, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for California residents. We already do not sell or share personal information, and we will continue to honor this signal if our practices change.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

  • Right to Know: Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it, in the past twelve (12) months.
  • Right to Delete: Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: Direct us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information; this right is preserved if our practices change.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to certain purposes. We do not collect sensitive personal information for purposes that would require this limitation.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination and Non-Retaliation: We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level or quality of service, or otherwise discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

How to submit a request. Email support@myeonlights.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and substantively respond within forty-five (45) days as required by law (with one possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary).

Verification. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will request information sufficient to confirm that you are the person about whom we hold the information; we will not use that information for any other purpose.

Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written, signed permission from you to act on your behalf and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.

California "Shine the Light" Law

California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request, once per calendar year, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we have shared with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. To submit a request, contact us at support@myeonlights.com with the subject line "Shine the Light Request."

SMS / Text Message Marketing (TCPA)

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to marketing communications through any form on our Site, you agree to receive recurring promotional SMS and/or MMS text messages from EON, which may be sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month; frequency may vary.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@myeonlights.com.
  • Supported carriers: Major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Mobile information sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Records of opt-in consent are retained for a minimum of four (4) years.

International Users and GDPR Rights

EON is based in the United States. If you access our Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, including:

  • Right of access: Obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data and a copy of the data we hold.
  • Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to restrict or object to processing: Limit how we use your data, including for direct marketing.
  • Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: File a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

The legal bases on which we process your personal data include your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as securing our Site and responding to your inquiries). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@myeonlights.com.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Specifically:

  • Quote requests and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us.
  • Dealer application data is retained for the duration of the dealer relationship and for up to 36 months after termination.
  • Marketing consent records are retained for as long as the consent is active and for 12 months after withdrawal of consent.

Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@myeonlights.com.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Business Transfers

If EON is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of its assets, financing, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred to or shared with the successor or acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will require any successor or acquirer to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information, and we will provide notice of any material change in how your personal information is handled following such a transaction.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
