Verification. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will request information sufficient to confirm that you are the person about whom we hold the information; we will not use that information for any other purpose.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written, signed permission from you to act on your behalf and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request, once per calendar year, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we have shared with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to marketing communications through any form on our Site, you agree to receive recurring promotional SMS and/or MMS text messages from EON, which may be sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
